Plum, brambly berries, spices and an iris violet note are apparent on the nose. Intense, fruity flavors with velvety tannins. Excellent with roasted meats, duck, salad, pasta, pizza. Critical Acclaim V 93 Vinous The 2020 Malbec Chakana Estate Selection (from Paraje Altamira & Gualtallary, Uco Valley) was a third aged in used barrels and a third in foudres. A mild purple hue.
