Grown on 30+ year old vines on gray marl at a 280 to 380m altitude. Fermented and aged in tank with Indiginous yeast using the saigne method. Creamy pink orange hue, with red currant, pommegranate, brisk cherry, streaming down to a salted, snappy finish.
