45% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Cabernet Franc
2022 Morey-Coffinet Bourgogne Cote-d'Or Blanc 2000-2009 a true vin de garde"90 points, 5 Stars, Inside Burgundy ""Mid lemon. A little positive reduction on the nose which also delivers a high quality fruit. Definitely feels of village quality. Three plots one by Santenay, one Haut des Champs and one on the Puligny side so covers the options in Chassagne. Go banco on this. A little scented touch to the ripe apple fruit. Sucrosity from greater ripeness as picked later. Drink from 2024 2025. Tasted: October 2023."" Jasper
