Château de Saint Cosme - Micro-Cosme Sauvignon - Viognier 2024 (750ml) Muskat Ottonel earl grey tea and smokyTraditionally in France Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier are grown in different regions and therefore rarely used together in the same wine. St Cosme's Louis Barruol has believes that the two grapes from opposite corners of France actually work very well together and has planted a small plot of Sauvignon Blanc in his Rhone Valley estate. Sauvignon Blanc brings acidity to the blend while Viognier provides fleshiness and texture. Blending the two varieties
