The grapes are bunch pressed, cold settled in stainless steel tanks, then held at a low temperature until it is time to bottle. The aromatics are intense, fresh and fruity, with notes of peach and sage. On the palate the wine is harmonious, with acidity perfectly matched to its delicate sweetness.
