Manenti - Cerasuolo di Vittoria 2020 (750ml) Montecucco typical to the Chianti classicoTasting Notes: The Manenti Cerasuolo di Vittoria has earthy aromas at first, behind woodsy berries and bay leaf. It has an amaro esque character, showing cinchona bark, fennel and liquorice. Terracotta jars of preserved berries. On the palate, it is soft and floral. The fruit mirrors the nose, but has a crunchy, snappy feel. Pomegranate and tart cherries. Black tea tannins and herbal qualities come through on the finish. Pair alongside Eggplant
