Board of Education Lock & Key The hasp pops up whenOn these board of Education locks I have always seen the brass heart shape ones. First time I have seen a steel one made by Eagle lock company. The lock and key set to me looks to be all original. back of the shackle has Eagle Lock Co Terryville, Conn USA. On the drop is stamped CB of ED. This stands for Chicago Board of Education. Lock & key works just fine, with the shackle popping open when key is turned. Key has has 32M4 stamped on it. Any
