Journey Study 8 Mixed-Media Collage Map: ORIGINAL oregon This is a Print ofJOURNEY STUDY 8 My hand drawn topographic lines, printed onto watercolor paper, is a starting point for layering watercolor, ink, graphite lines, torn watercolor test strips. This is an Abstract Map, an experiment in creating an imagined landscape then traversing it in thread. The path conjures the metaphor of a life of choices, non choices, and the influence of places, people and ones inner guide. This Map was preparatory to my subsequent series of
