Named after the sheepfold that was the previous occupant of the propertys new winery, this first expression of the reincarnated Domaine du Gringet certainly does not disappoint. Aromas of ripe lemons and yellow peach combine with a fascinating herbal note reminiscent of a grassy Alpine meadow, which lingers alongside the scent of absinthe
