Its nose is very aromatic where notes of red fruits such as strawberry and some vegetable touch typical of peppers stand out

The low dosage makes it extra brut but that doesn’t come across as it has so much fruit and ripeness mixed with lees character that builds up to some light custard layering

it fills the glass and tells unmistakably of its origin

Shows a lightly honeyed edge

The nose is very intense, with notes of cherry cherry, blood orange, grapefruit, faded rose petals, violet and leather. The palate is fresh and concentrated, the tannins are very powerful but already melted and carried by a beautiful acidity, the length of the finish is incalculable and very smoky.
