lively 2013 should drink nicely for at least 4-5 years
licorice and light toasty oak on the nose
precise wine loaded with class and personality
delicious black cherry and blackcurrant fruit
this is a wine that will please all the bigger-is-better crowd but do as well on the dinner table with red meat as just about any Domestic Cabernet twice its price point
2013 Hall "Kathryn Hall" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon lively 2013 should drink nicelyThe 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Kathryn Hall from their Sacrashe Rutherford Vineyard delivers a relatively profound set of aromatics even for a wine thats only 11 months of age. With almost unreal richness of blue and black fruits, spring flowers, graphite and spice, this is a sensational inky, full bodied wine that will come close to being a perfect wine when bottled after its full levage in barrel. Spectacular! (RP)
