The palate is juicy with redcurrants and blueberry then peppercorn spice on the finish. The acid profile and tannin structure will easily support 20 years cellaring. I would suggest opening a bottle in 7 10 years once it has blossomed and showcases those wonderful tertiary characteristics, we love from Syrah such as sweet spice, coffee beans and crispy bacon. Drink 2027
