Granite 2015 red which thrives in the AnjouThe Granite is made from Gamay grown on a hill outside Vauxrenard with very rich soil with over 10 types of diferent granites on the soil. As the name suggest you can taste the granite soil in the wine. As always, hand picked, semi carbonic maceration with indigenous yeasts in full clusters in epoxy tanks then aged in oak barrels, bottled without filtering or adding sulfites. Appearance: Intense flower shades, fresh and smooth, ready to drink but can
