Éric Texier - Brézème 2023 (750ml) Grand Cru the 2019 Méthode Ancestrale UneSyrah from Texier's younger, 35 to 40 year old vines, in the limestone rich, cooler Brzme vineyard area (on the eastern side of the Rhne). Whole clusters are fermented with native yeasts in concrete tank with a short 5 7 day maceration. Aged in concrete tanks for 15 months before bottling unfiltered.
