2022 | William Fevre Fourchaume Chardonnay | Chablis Croix Estate distinctive and compelling red

distinctive and compelling red

This is a ripe

with vibrant red raspberry and crushed strawberry notes

A stunningly long and full finish

While Gualtallary's calcareous soils provide nerve and tannic tension

2022 | William Fevre Fourchaume Chardonnay | Chablis Croix Estate distinctive and compelling redOne of Chablis most famous and largest premier crus. Fourchame contains four other premier cru vineyards within its boundaries from north to south they are LHomme Mort, Vaupulent, Cte de Fontenay and Vaulorent. The soils in Fourchame are like those of the Grand Cru vineyards composed of the same chalky, limestone rich Kimmeridgian soils. This results in rounded lemon flavors fresh in minerality with a unique voluptuous quality.
