PAITIN - Rivoli Dolcetto d'Alba 2022 (750ml) California well-composed Pinot NoirRivoli is a region south of Alba that includes three hills, the Rivoli farmhouse, Ca Veja and Bonina. Our Dolcetto is born from these soils, white soils where this vine is grown in the cooler parts, which like Nebbiolo enjoys white soils for its best expression. In this free zone between Barolo and Barbaresco, fortunately, this vine is still cultivated and is gradually disappearing from the neighboring areas.
