Citric acid (100g) Yeasts ) How to correct readingCitric acid is naturally derived from citrus fruits and allows for quick acid adjustments in fermentations. It is also the preferred acid to use for copper cleaning. How to use: To adjust fermentation pH add 0,2 0,5 grams citric acid per liter of fermentation. To clean copper distillation equipment use 10 grams citric acid per liter of water and allow equipment to soak overnight or until all of the sulfites has been removed.
