You will see the extra credits magically added to your organisation in the portal after you have checked out

This enables you to purchase credits so that you can easily order shiny official certificates for your learners as they achieve iDEA awards

When purchasing credits please check out using the same email address as the one that is your organisation's owner on iDEA - this will help us to link the credits to the correct account more quickly

Once you have ordered certificates we will do our best to have them produced and dispatched as soon as possible but delivery may take a couple of weeks
