DVAS0120X12S040 DP1120 series_mfe SMART MIRACLE coating enhances efficiency

SMART MIRACLE coating enhances efficiency due to an improved chip disposal

l/d is 3 to 6 times the diameter

11° positive insert

The 35 degree rhombic insert with 11 degree positive rake angle demonstrates excellent cutting performance for recessing and profiling small work pieces

SOLID CARBIDE

DVAS0120X12S040 DP1120 series_mfe SMART MIRACLE coating enhances efficiencyMini Size TRI Cooling is optimal for small diameter drills and can achieve more than double the conventional coolant discharge volume. Increased coolant flow provides effective cooling even in difficult applications or when using an oil based cutting fluid.
