The little ball on the end is not large but will prevent the piercing from sliding out. These are made to order so the design may vary a little from piece to piece. Each shark is hand cut using a jewelers saw. The design is then filed, sanded and polished to make sure it is smooth and soft to the touch. This will take 1 2 weeks to create and
