Singlo originated in the Singlo (Sung lo) Mountains of Anhui Province. It was a superior grade of tea that the East India Company needed to move out of its London warehouses before it spoiled. It's a shame that this tea was thrown to the fishes. It would have been one of the best cups of tea ever to pass a
