This high contrast, performance ground piece of steel extends from a beautiful, ergonomic, tapered rokaku hanmaru grip. But I digress, the blade features a recognizable, Huber santoku profile. Along the edge you get a substantial flat section that extends about half the length of the blade before taking a more aggressive turn towards the tip. The profile feels
