Scrooge McDuck, the unforgettable character from Disney's Duck Tales. A must have for Pez Dispenser Collectors! Approx. 5" x 1" x . 5" Pez candy originated in Vienna, Austria in 1927. It was invented by Eduard Haas III as a peppermint candy. Different flavors and character themed dispensers came later on. The first dispenser was introduced at the Vienna Trade Fair in 1949
