You get upgraded to 355mm or 14" diameter rotors. The standard G8 has cast calipers with only 298mm or 11. 75" rotors, so it's a substantial difference in braking performance along with making the vehicle look much better. If you are doing an upgrade for the G8 GT the factory 18" wheels will not work unless you use some spacers or
