Vineyard: The grapes for this Sptburgunder Grand Cru were grown int he south facing VDP. Grosse Gewchs "Sankt Paul" site. The vineyard is situated on a large, limestone rock that has a clayey loamy top soil. Vinification: The grapes were carefully selected by hand, de stemmed and fermented on the mash.
