Ceramic Twisted Yarn (Rope) Specification:Wire Reinforced - 5mm diameter x 100m Knitted E-Glass construction for flexibility

Knitted E-Glass construction for flexibility and conformity

It is resistant to 1260°C

have a high resistance to electromagnetic radiation as well as extreme low (cryogenic) temperatures

making it a popular choice for applications where heavy wear is expected

The cotton cover will turn brown at temperatures between 180 – 220°C and will completely carbonise at higher temperatures

Ceramic Twisted Yarn (Rope) Specification:Wire Reinforced - 5mm diameter x 100m Knitted E-Glass construction for flexibilityManufactured from multiple strands of refractory ceramic yarns twisted together to create a yarn rope which is highly resilient and has excellent space filling properties. Refractory ceramic staple fibre yarns consists of 80% ceramic fibre and 20% organic fibre. The ceramic fibre itself is rated to 1260C in optimum conditions, but the organic content will burn off at 200C and so it should be noted that ceramic rope might 'flash flame' on first
