For the treatment of hypertension, for patients in whom combination therapy is appropriate. How much and how often should you use this medicine? Usual initial and maintenance adult dose: 1 tablet once daily. For patients who do not respond adequately, adjust to a maximum dose of: 1 tablet of Losarite 100 mg 25 mg FDC (Fixed Dose Combination) daily or, 2 tablets of Losarite 50 mg 12. 5 mg FDC (Fixed
